Filter Equipment consults and troubleshoots, on a case-by-case basis. Our charge for troubleshooting is only a service call plus time on the job and parts needed for repairs. When called for, our relationships with other industry trades and suppliers allow us to easily involve them in your consultation.
Case in point:
Patrick Industries experienced a problem with low suction in two Selco panel saws. We gathered all pertinent information including branch sizes, airflow readings, the condition of the piping, and the condition of the saw hood before we recommended a solution. We found that the problem was not in the air filtration system, but that piping was poorly installed and not the proper size to meet the saw manufacturer’s minimum airflow specifications.
